Burbage Road SE24
This is an elegant, leafy, and highly desirable residential road that characterises the Herne Hill area.
Located just a short walk from Brockwell Park, this property is a Victorian terraced house that retained its well-proportioned features, even though we fully modernised, extended and converted its roof.
Sunray Avenue SE24
Situated in a distinctive street, its architectural character is a superb example of 1930s Domestic Architecture. It represents the next major wave of London’s suburban development. Sunray Avenue is a prime example of the kind of housing that proliferated in the 1920s and 30s, built for a growing, aspirational middle class with easier access to motor transport.
The house extension and refurbishment was a full gut and start again, but many original features were retained, and added to by scouring various collector and memorabilia markets to ensure the work was a sympathetic nod to its past grandeur.
