Our USP is simple. We bring architectural design, planning, building regulations drawings, project management, cost control and construction together under one roof, billed as one fixed price. There is no separate architect bill, no surprise consultant fees, no finger pointing when something goes wrong on site. We are responsible from the first sketch to the final snag.
How we are different
- We plan, design and detail from the start using an intrinsic measured and photographic survey method. Nothing is assumed.
- Our design and coordination costs are bundled into the build cost. No hidden fees, no separate architect retainers.
- We adopt a zero deposit payment process, with invoicing only generated in arrears on work completed.
- Every project is delivered under a written contract, with mandatory insurances and an insurance backed guarantee.
