Every project is delivered under a written contract, with mandatory insurances and an insurance backed guarantee. There is nowhere to hide, and nothing to chase.
Zero deposit, paid in arrears
Most contractors ask for a deposit. We do not. Invoicing is in arrears, meaning we only get paid for work that has been completed and signed off. Your money stays with you for longer, we carry the risk of timely delivery, and disputes become almost impossible.
